Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

- Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and monitoring systems to improve product and process quality.

- Lead quality assurance activities across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages.

- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for customer complaints, internal defects, and supplier quality issues.

- Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, to ensure quality requirements are met.

- Oversee supplier quality management, including supplier audits, qualification, and performance evaluation.

- Ensure compliance with statutory,



regulatory, and customer-specific quality requirements.

- Develop departmental budgets and optimize quality-related costs.

- Build and mentor a high-performing quality team through coaching, training, and performance management.

- Support recent product development and product launch quality planning.
