WeCredit is hiring | Team Leader – Collections

Location: Transport Nagar, Udaipur, Rajasthan

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Collections Executives to achieve daily, monthly, and overall collection targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, productivity, and collection efficiency.
- Allocate accounts/portfolios to team members and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Track collection performance and take corrective actions to improve team productivity and recovery rates.
- Provide regular guidance, coaching, and on-the-job support to collection executives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training and development requirements.
- Monitor daily collection reports, MIS, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, collection processes, and professional customer interaction standards.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving complex customer/account-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth collection operations and timely resolution of pending cases.




- Identify performance gaps and implement effective strategies to improve collections and reduce delinquency.
- Prepare and communicate regular performance updates to management.

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in Collections is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Team Handling / Team Leadership.
- Experience managing a team of Collection Executives will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of collection processes, follow-ups, recovery, and delinquency management.
- Target-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving collection and productivity targets.
- Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
