Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Transport: Both-Side Cab Facility (Within Applicable Cab Zone)

CTC: Up to ₹32,000 CTC/Month + Performance Incentives

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced International Collection Executives for the US Collections Process (1st & 3rd Party). The role involves handling customer accounts, recovering outstanding payments, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting collection and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound and inbound calls for the US Collections process.
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances while maintaining a qualified approach.
- Update customer interactions, payment commitments, and account details accurately in the CRM system.




- Meet individual and team collection targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- US Collection / International Collection experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must have a relevant Collection background.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
