Role Description The Collections Executive is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day collection activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from clients or customers. This on-site role, based in Jaipur, involves making outbound calls, responding to queries, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and commitments. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing or account issues, preparing collection reports, and following standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.

The Collections

Executive is expected to meet assigned collection targets, maintain professional communication at all times,



and support continuous improvements in the collections process.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and build rapport over phone and in person.
- Sound understanding of basic finance and accounting concepts related to billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or collection management software to document and track accounts.
- Ability to analyze account status, prioritize follow-ups, and plan daily activities to meet collection targets.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and adherence to organizational policies and compliance standards.
- Proven time management skills and capacity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or tele-calling in banking, finance, BPO, or related domains is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary or Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
