Role Description The Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day collection operations and field activities at CredResolve’s Tirupati location. This on-site role includes managing collection teams, setting performance targets, monitoring recovery metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Collection

Manager will review delinquent accounts, design collection strategies,



and collaborate with analytics and technology teams to leverage AI-driven tools for more effective recovery. The role also involves training and mentoring collection staff, resolving escalated borrower issues, maintaining high standards of customer conduct, and preparing regular reports for management on collection performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Experience in collections, recovery operations, or credit risk management, preferably in financial services or lending.
- Strong people management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Ability to analyze collection data, interpret performance metrics, and implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with collection tools, CRM systems, or technology-driven recovery platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for interacting with borrowers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements related to collections and borrower conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an added advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site setting in Tirupati, with readiness to coordinate with field teams and local stakeholders.
