- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and qualify business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on lead generation and conversions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an IT services, software, SaaS, web development, or digital solutions company.
- Experience with B2B lead generation and international/domestic calling.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, online business directories, and lead-generation platforms.
- Experience handling clients from international markets such as the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, or Canada is an advantage.
