Location: Sub city, Udaipur, RajasthanJob PurposeThe Collection Calling Executive will be responsible for making collection calls to customers, following up on overdue EMI payments, ensuring timely payment commitments, and coordinating with the field collection team for resolution of overdue accounts.Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers having overdue or upcoming EMI payments.
- Follow up with customers for timely repayment of outstanding EMIs.
- Explain overdue amounts, due dates, bounce charges, penal charges, and other applicable charges to customers.
- Obtain payment commitments (PTP – Promise to Pay) from customers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain regular follow-up on broken PTP and overdue accounts.
- Contact customers through calls and other approved communication channels as per company policy.
- Identify reasons for payment delays and escalate genuine cases to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with Field Collection Executives/Branch Teams for difficult and high-risk accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer calling remarks, PTP dates, payment status, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Prioritize accounts based on DPD, outstanding amount, risk category, and collection strategy.
- Follow up on bounced EMI/mandate cases and coordinate for payment recovery.
- Maintain daily calling productivity and collection targets.
- Prepare daily collection calling and PTP reports.




- Ensure professional communication with customers while following company-approved collection practices and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Escalate customer complaints, disputes, and difficult cases to the concerned authority.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and loan account information.

Required Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Collection Calling / Telecalling / Loan Collection.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Fintech, Personal Loan, Business Loan, NSL Loan or LAP collection will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Bucket-wise calling, PTP management, EMI follow-up, and overdue collection will be preferred.
- Experience working on CRM/Collection software will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily/monthly collection targets.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: 1–3 Years in Collection Calling preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
