Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven COCO Project Manager to lead the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of digital products across the OEM ecosystem. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, optimizing operations, and driving digital transformation initiatives (e.g., connected vehicles, dealer platforms, SAP-integrated solutions).

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify digital opportunities across sales, after-sales, and dealer networks
- Prioritize features based on ROI, customer impact, and business value

2. Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Business, IT, SAP, Marketing, Dealers
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Drive alignment across leadership and ensure product adoption

3. Digital Product Development

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation development launch optimization)
- Work with Agile/Scrum teams for sprint planning and execution
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog

4. Customer Experience & Innovation





- Analyze customer journeys and identify improvement areas
- Drive initiatives like:
- Connected vehicle platforms
- Dealer management systems (DMS)
- Mobile apps / customer portals
- Leverage data analytics for decision-making

5. Technology & Integration

- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (SAP S/4HANA, CRM, DMS platforms)
- Work closely with IT teams on architecture, APIs, and scalability
- Evaluate new technologies (AI, IoT, Cloud, BTP, etc.)

6. Performance Monitoring

- Define KPIs and success metrics (adoption, engagement, revenue impact)
- Track product performance and continuously optimize
- Use tools like analytics dashboards and customer feedback

Required Skills & Competencies

Functional Skills

- Solid understanding of OEM business processes (Sales, After-Sales, Manufacturing)
- Experience with digital platforms, mobility solutions, based products
- Knowledge of SAP ecosystem (especially SD, CRM, BTP, or integration) is a big advantage

Technical Skills

- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- API-based architecture & system integration
- Data analytics and product metrics
