Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Kolkata. The Co-Founder will work closely with other founding members to define the company vision, develop business strategies, and drive execution across operations, product, sales, and marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, identifying growth opportunities, building and managing relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to product and service offerings.

The Co-Founder will help establish internal processes, lead key initiatives, support fundraising efforts as needed, and build a high-performing, inclusive team culture.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand markets, customers, and business performance.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, engage stakeholders, and represent the company externally.

- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and nurture long-term client relationships.

- Candidates should possess solid Marketing experience to develop positioning, campaigns, and growth strategies.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment.

- Experience in building or scaling a startup, or leading critical business functions, is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work in office in Kolkata and collaborate effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders.

- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for strong practical experience.
