? WE ARE HIRING | INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE / ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR ?
? Location: Noida
? Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
? Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
? Working Days: Monday to Saturday
? Weekly Off: Sunday
? Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding UG/PG programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance
- Convert potential leads into enrollments
- Regular follow-ups with interested candidates
- Maintain accurate student data and updates in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
✅ What We're Looking For:
✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales or Academic Counselling
✔ Excellent communication and convincing skills
✔ Solid sales and negotiation abilities
✔ Target-driven mindset
✔ Experience in Lead Conversion and Relationship Building
