Job DescriptionRole: GRC TPRM and Archer Location: Kochi Experience: 6+ Years Walkin drive date: 12th September, 2026 Walkin Address: Kochi: TATA Consultancy Services TCS Centre phase 1 Infopark P.O Kochi- 682042 Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the execution of third-party security risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (DORA) and group policies (NIST, Third Party Risk Management Framework). - Conduct detailed audit and control reviews of third-party security posture, identifying gaps and recommending remediation actions. - Steer Governance meeting with Senior Management and ISOs. - Participate in steering committees and risk governance forums to provide insights and status updates. - Collaborate transversally with Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams, IT security operations, and business stakeholders to align risk management strategies. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear risk reporting, compliance status updates, and facilitating risk acceptance discussions.



- Support continuous improvement of TPSRM processes and Tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to third-party risk management. Profile Required: Qualifications: - Approximately 7-8 years of relevant experience in audit, GRC, or information security operations. - Strong expertise in conducting security audits and assessments. - Proven ability to communicate complex risk and compliance information clearly to diverse audiences. - Experience working in transversal roles involving multiple teams and stakeholders. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DORA and security standards like NIST. - Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
