We are looking for a CA-qualified Finance Controller to manage and oversee the financial operations of our managed office business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, compliance, and financial controls.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-paced, growing environment and should have a strong understanding of revenue, operating expenses, client billing, vendor management, and profitability at the centre/business-unit level.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the managed office business.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, collections, payables, and working capital.
- Manage client invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and outstanding receivables.
- Review vendor bills, purchase orders, payments, and expense approvals.
- Prepare centre-wise / location-wise profitability reports and analyse variances against budgets.




- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Track key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly books and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, audits, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and approval mechanisms.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support management in improving operational profitability.
- Manage cash-flow planning and ensure adequate working capital for business operations.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Procurement, HR, and Management teams on financial matters.
