Roles and Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
- Lead concept visualization and design moodboards.
- Direct creative executions across packaging, digital, print, and video.
- Collaborate with copy, strategy, and production teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Supervise designers and ensure brand consistency across all formats.
- Oversee photo/video shoots, set art direction, and visual tone.

Skills Required
- Killer design sense with the ability to translate strategy into stunning visual ideas.
- Deep knowledge of typography, layout, and colour theory.
- Mastery in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
- A robust aesthetic eye and storytelling instinct.
- Ability to juggle multiple briefs without dropping the vibe.
- Team player who can inspire, mentor, and guide junior designers.

Experience
- 6-10 years in design, advertising, or brand creative roles.
- A portfolio that shows range, taste, and impact across media.
- Experience with FMCG, D2C, or youth-first brands is a win.
