nJob Description: Full Chip RTL Design Architect
nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Chip RTL Design Architect to join our agile team. This role requires a deep understanding of RTL (Register-Transfer Level) design, SoC (System-on-Chip) architecture, and a passion for innovation in semiconductor design. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining and implementing full chip-level RTL designs and ensuring their successful execution.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. RTL Architecture and Design:

- Define and develop full chip architecture and RTL designs for complex SoCs.n
- Drive the top-level integration of IPs and subsystems into full chip designs, ensuring design quality and efficiency.n
- Collaborate on micro-architectural specifications and ensure seamless implementation.n

n2. Design Methodology and Implementation:

- Develop and optimize RTL design methodologies to improve quality, performance,



and power efficiency.n
- Lead RTL design reviews and provide technical guidance to design teams.n
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, quality metrics, and verification requirements.n

n3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with system architects, verification engineers, physical design teams, and software developers to align design specifications and deliverables.n
- Provide feedback and solutions to cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges at all levels of the chip hierarchy.n
