Job Purpose:

To assist technicians and service advisors in vehicle servicing, diagnosis, and maintaining service quality standards as per Mahindra guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support senior technicians in repair and maintenance tasks.

- Perform basic diagnostic checks and assist in resolving vehicle issues.

- Ensure timely completion of service jobs.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop area.

- Update job cards and assist in preparing service reports.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure quality compliance.

Required Skills:

- Basic automobile knowledge.

- Willingness to learn and grow in the service department.

- Positive teamwork and discipline.

Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

- 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
