We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Operator cum Programmer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, preparing and modifying CNC programs, setting machine parameters, and ensuring accurate production of components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines efficiently to manufacture precision components.

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs based on drawings and production requirements.

Perform machine setup, tool selection, offsets, and parameter adjustments.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and measuring instruments.

Ensure production targets, dimensional accuracy, and quality standards are maintained.

Conduct regular machine checks and basic troubleshooting.





Maintain proper documentation of production activities and inspection results.

Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in CNC machine operation and programming.

Knowledge of CNC controls, tooling, and machining processes.

Ability to understand technical drawings and use measuring instruments.

Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC machining and a commitment to producing high-quality precision components.
