Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / CNC / Production
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Lathe and VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine setting, tool loading and offset adjustments.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer and Gauges.
- Monitor machining quality and achieve production targets.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S and shop-floor standards.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine operations.
- Knowledge of tools, offsets and basic CNC programming.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Good mechanical skills and willingness to work in a production environment.
