Role Description The CNC AMC Maintenance Technician is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The technician will perform routine and scheduled maintenance on CNC machines under annual maintenance contracts, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Daily responsibilities include inspecting equipment, diagnosing faults, executing repairs, and documenting maintenance activities in line with company and client standards.

The role also involves implementing preventive maintenance plans, coordinating with operations teams to plan machine shutdowns, and supporting continuous improvement in equipment reliability and safety.



The technician may be required to respond to urgent breakdowns, liaise with vendors for spare parts, and follow all relevant safety and compliance procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for CNC machinery.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills for mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing scheduled service activities.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field is preferred.
- Experience with CNC machine tools, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic PLC/servo systems will be beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings, service manuals, and use diagnostic tools effectively.
- Strong attention to safety, detail-oriented work habits, and clear communication with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in defense, space, or other high-reliability industrial environments is an advantage.
