- Good Knowledge on CSDM & how the other processes are getting connected.
- CSDM Data Modelling - Work closely with SPM and Product / Application teams
- A good understanding on Business Applications & Application Services.
- Manage and control configuration items (CIs) including hardware, software, maintaining accurate records and facilitating systematic changes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to the configuration management process.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on CSDM Framework and CMDB.
- Good Knowledge on Discovery of AWS servers with Service Graph Connector
- Good Knowledge on Discovery of AZURE servers with Service Graph Connector
- Awareness on Google Cloud discovery
- Awareness on Discovery for Kubernetes
