1. Development and configuration of Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
2. Design & Implement the CMDB Data Model based on the requirements.
3. Implement the Data Load into ServiceNow CMDB using various integration methodologies like - IntegrationHub ETL, Data Sources, Kafka, API.
4. Configure the CMDB Health Dashboard to maintain the CI's health. Configure Key CI Health Rules – Completeness, Compliance & Correctness.
5. Design & Implement CSDM framework to facilitate service modelling associated with the CIs.
6. Develop and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using Scrum / Agile methodologies as needed.
7.
Design technical solutions to address complex requirements, evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option, and implement the solution.
8. Collaborate with a global team to scope and design solutions for documented business and technical needs, with an emphasis on / preference for minimizing customization.
