Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and service delivery of multiple business units or client clusters within Wafeindia Web Services. This role involves monitoring key metrics, coordinating resource allocation, and ensuring that service levels and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.

The Cluster

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements, resolve issues, and support the rollout of new cloud solutions and services. Daily responsibilities include reviewing reports and dashboards, conducting regular review meetings with stakeholders, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and driving action plans to achieve operational and financial goals.



The role also includes mentoring team leads within the cluster, promoting compliance with company policies, and aligning cluster activities with WWS’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in operations management, performance tracking, and process optimization across multiple teams or locations.
- Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, IT infrastructure, or technology services environments is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team mentoring, conflict resolution, and driving accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in a cluster manager, regional manager, operations manager, or similar role is preferred.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and willingness to work in a fully remote, results-oriented setting.
