Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets.

· Lead, train, and motivate the store team.

· Handle customer service and resolve complaints.

· Manage inventory, stock, billing, and cash operations.

· Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.

· Monitor staff attendance and performance.

· Maintain store SOPs and operational standards.

· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements

· Graduate preferred.

· 3–6 years of relevant retail experience.

· Strong communication and team-management skills.

· Target-oriented with positive knowledge of retail operations.
