Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee and manage both the Telesales Team and Location Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing, market research, team management, and business development, with excellent knowledge of the market.

The candidate must be capable of managing multiple teams, driving performance, achieving targets, and continuously updating their knowledge of market trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate both Telesales and LAM teams.
- Set and monitor team-wise daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and business growth strategies.
- Conduct and monitor strong market research to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, customer behaviour, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Guide the LAM team in identifying and acquiring high-potential locations.
- Support the Telesales team in improving lead conversion and sales performance.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Analyze sales, location acquisition, lead, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular performance updates.




- Identify challenges and implement solutions to improve team productivity.
- Ensure both teams achieve assigned targets and business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with customers, property owners, business partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- 5–6+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong experience in market research and market analysis.
- Proven ability to manage and lead Telesales and Location Acquisition teams.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and business opportunities.
- Ability to continuously update and apply daily market knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Solid target-oriented and performance-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and responsibilities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits when required.
- Qualification: Any qualification.
- Age: 28+ years.
