About the Job Role The Cluster Factory HR will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function across a cluster of 4-6 manufacturing units. The role requires solid expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), statutory compliance, labor laws,



workforce management, employee engagement, and HR operations to ensure seamless factory operations and a positive employee relations climate.

Key Responsibilities

1.Industrial Relations & Employee Relations

- Drive harmonious industrial relations across all assigned manufacturing units.
- Manage union interactions, wage negotiations, settlements, and grievance handling.
- Support plant leadership in maintaining a positive employee relations environment.
- Handle disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure proactive mitigation of IR risks and compliance with labor regulations.

2.Statutory Compliance & Legal Governance

- Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Monitor compliance related to Factories Act, Industrial Relations Code, Social Security Code, Contract Labour regulations, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable legislations.
- Coordinate statutory audits and inspections from government authorities.
- Maintain all statutory records, licenses, and documentation across locations.

3.HR Operations & Workforce Management

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across the factory cluster.
- Lead manpower planning, employee lifecycle management, attendance, leave administration, and separation processes.
- Drive recruitment and staffing initiatives to ensure timely hiring of plant workforce and critical roles.




- Manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) process in collaboration with business leaders and recruitment teams.
- Facilitate and govern the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle across locations, ensuring quality goal setting, reviews, calibration, and closure.
- Drive Talent Development initiatives, including capability building, succession planning, leadership development, and identification of high-potential talent.
- Manage and ensure timely completion of Annual Confidential Reports (ACR)/Performance Assessment processes for eligible employee groups.
- Monitor workforce productivity and implement manpower optimization initiatives.
- Track HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management.

4.Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Factory Heads and business leaders to address people-related challenges.
- Provide HR guidance and support to plant leadership teams.
- Monitor HR metrics and present insights to management for decision-making.

5.Employee Engagement & Culture

- Drive employee engagement initiatives across factories.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.
- Facilitate communication forums and employee welfare programs.

Qualifications and Experience

- Master of Social Work (MSW) from a reputed institution is mandatory.
- Additional certifications in Labor Laws, Industrial Relations, or Compliance will be preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in manufacturing organizations.
- Proven experience in managing HR operations across 4-6 factories simultaneously.
- Strong exposure to Industrial Relations (IR), Union Management, and Labor Law Compliance.
- Experience handling factory workforce, contract labor, and statutory audits.
