- Deliver assigned projects, enhancements, and service requests within agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams regarding operational status, risks, incidents, recovery, and project activities.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support business operations and strategic objectives.

Required Skills

- 3–5+ years of cloud operations, infrastructure support, or cloud engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including management of core IaaS and PaaS services such as compute/virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services.
- Associate- or professional-level cloud certification preferred or required (for example, AWS CloudOps or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux system administration in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Experience with cloud monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.

- Scripting and automation experience using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and operations, including DNS, VPN, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Experience working within Agile, DevOps, and IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL) environments.
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), vendors, service providers, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify issues and implement improvements.
- Experience contributing to infrastructure and cloud modernization initiatives while collaborating across technical and business teams.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural, globally distributed, and matrixed organizations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated accountability, adaptability, ownership, continuous learning, and results orientation.
