About The Job:

- The AI specialist within the innovation POD, responsible for designing, building, and optimizing GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for business use-cases across Supply Chain, Procurement, IT4IT, and other domains.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design and develop GenAI/Agentic AI solutions and workflows

- Build and optimize prompts, chains, and agents using LLM
- frameworks

- Develop data pipelines and perform data analysis to support AI use
- cases

- Benchmark different AI models to select the most appropriate for
- each use case

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI models and tools for each
- use case

- Build autonomous/semi-autonomous AI agents for business process
- automation

- Collaborate with the Full-Stack Developer to integrate AI capabilities
- into applications

- Stay current on latest GenAI/Agentic AI developments and bring current
- ideas to the team

- Present AI solutions and their business impact to client stakeholders

Qualifications

- Skill Set: Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & AI Agents, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), MLOps/LLMOps, Python & AI/ML Frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)

- Skill to Evaluate: Generative-AI-&-Large-Language-Models-(LLMs),-Retrieval-Augmented-Generation-(RAG)-&-AI-Agents,-Google-Cloud-Platform-(GCP),-MLOps/LLMOps,-Python-&-AI/ML-Frameworks-(TensorFlow/PyTorch)

- Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Must-Have Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or AI

- Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (GPT,

- Claude, open-source models)





- Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM application frameworks

- (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)

- Experience building Agentic AI workflows (multi-agent systems, tool-

- use, autonomous agents)

- Strong Python skills

- Understanding of data analysis, NLP, and ML fundamentals

- Good communication skills for client-facing interactions

Good to Have

- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI

- Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines

- Prior exposure to Client/FMCG or manufacturing domain use cases
