Essential Job Functions:

- Lead must have experience with Dialogflow, GECX, or CCAI.

- Lead end-to-end development of GenAI-based solutions, including architecture design, coding, and deployment.

- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing GenAI solutions.

- Build RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt optimization.

- Implement best practices in APIs, microservices, and backend components for integrating AI into production systems.

- Design, evaluate, and tune system/user prompts for accuracy, latency, and guardrails.

- Implement model versioning, testing, and monitoring for drift and performance(MLOps)

Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.

- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams or projects.

- Expertise in Generative AI, Python, LangChain/ADK, Prompt Engineering, and Evaluation

- Strong experience in software development with technologies such as Python

- Hands-on experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with tools for coding such as Cursor, windsurf etc, unit testing, and coding standards review.





- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or relevant technologies.
