Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Service candidate with 6-10 years of experience to provide hands-on operational support and technical leadership across AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments. The role involves managing and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, handling critical incidents, monitoring and event management, automation, security, ITSM operations, and infrastructure changes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multi-cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code, automation, security, monitoring, and incident management, along with excellent communication skills and relevant cloud certifications

Key Responsibilities: •

- Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Support: Provide hands-on operational support and technical leadership across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments, including compute, storage, networking, IAM, DNS, load balancing, databases, monitoring, backup, automation, and security services. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, connectivity, performance, availability, and platform issues.

- Incident &
- Problem Management:

Own and drive P1/P2 and critical incidents through resolution, coordinating with L1/L2/L3, application, network, security, DevOps, and vendor teams. Lead technical troubleshooting, major incident bridges, RCA activities, and implementation of permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.

- ITSM &

- ServiceNow Operations:

Ensure effective management of Incidents, Service Requests, Changes, and Problems in accordance with ITIL processes. Monitor ticket queues, prioritization, SLA risks, ageing, and backlog, ensuring timely updates, comprehensive documentation, appropriate escalation, and closure.

- Monitoring &

- Event Management:

Oversee monitoring of AWS and Azure infrastructure, investigate and triage alerts, ensure timely response to critical events, reduce alert noise, and establish effective alert handling and escalation procedures in coordination with monitoring and L3 teams.

- Automation &

- Infrastructure as Code:





Drive automation and operational efficiency using Terraform, CloudFormation/ARM/Bicep, PowerShell, and Python. Identify repetitive operational activities and develop automation for provisioning, health checks, reporting, remediation, and infrastructure management while adhering to change-control processes.

- Change &

- Release Management:

Review and coordinate infrastructure changes, maintenance activities, and deployments across cloud environments. Validate implementation and rollback plans, dependencies, risks, and change windows, and ensure successful post-change validation and documentation.

- Security, Compliance &

- Access Management:

Ensure cloud infrastructure operations comply with organizational security standards. Support IAM/access management, credential and key rotation, patching, vulnerability remediation, backup, privileged access controls, and security/compliance audits.

- Stakeholder &

- Customer Management:

Serve as a key technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. Provide regular operational updates, escalation reports, and service reviews; effectively communicate technical issues and business impact; and coordinate with cross-functional and vendor teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service stability, SLA performance, automation, monitoring, documentation, operational processes, and customer experience, and drive initiatives that reduce manual effort, recurring incidents, and operational risks.

Who You Are:

- 6-10 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Support with solid exposure to AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments.

- AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure certified professional.

- Good at Verbal and written communication in English. Requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
