Key Responsibilities

1.

Cloud

Operations, DevOps & BCP-DR

- Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) for Swaraj application teams.
- Maintain resource standardization, tagging, and inventory across Azure subscriptions.
- Manage cloud access provisioning/de-provisioning (RBAC) for the Swaraj application team.
- Onboard applications onto DevSecOps pipelines, embedding security and quality gates.
- Configure auto-scaling schedules for cloud resources to support cost optimization.
- Onboard critical applications into Dynatrace and maintain monitoring dashboards/alerts.
- Support WAF enablement and certificate lifecycle management (issuance, renewal, rotation) for public-facing applications.
- Execute DR setup and configuration for critical Swaraj applications on Azure (e.g., Azure Site Recovery, geo-redundant storage/database replication).
- Assist in planning, execution, and documentation of DR drills.
- Maintain DR runbooks and remediate gaps identified during drills.

Cybersecurity

Support

- Implement Private Endpoints for application and database tiers.
- Apply and validate strong cipher/TLS configurations across workloads.
- Support CyberArk onboarding for privileged accounts on cloud infrastructure.
- Track and drive closure of vulnerability findings in coordination with the security team.
- Assist in DLP control implementation for sensitive data in cloud environments.
- Support security audits, evidence collection, and compliance reporting.
- Participate in Red Team / ransomware simulation exercises and remediate identified gaps.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Cloud (Microsoft Azure)



and DevOps engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure core services: App Services, VMs, VNets, Storage, Azure SQL/Managed Instances, Key Vault, Azure Monitor.
- Proven experience with CI/CD tooling — Azure DevOps Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions.
- Linux and Windows Server administration — installation, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Scripting proficiency — PowerShell and/or Bash/Python for automation.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals — VNets, NSGs, load balancers, WAF, private endpoints.
- Experience with cloud access/identity management (Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC).
- Certificate lifecycle management experience (SSL/TLS).

Preferred / Valuable-to-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with DR setup and execution (Azure Site Recovery or equivalent) — preferred.
- Exposure to security tooling: CyberArk, vulnerability scanners, DLP solutions — good to have.
- Familiarity with observability platforms, especially Dynatrace — good to have.
- Exposure to manufacturing/enterprise IT environments — good to have.

Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory)

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) or equivalent.
- Any security certification (e.g., Security+, AZ-500) is an added advantage.

Key Behavioural Attributes

- Strong ownership and ability to execute independently against defined standards.
- Good documentation discipline — runbooks, configuration records, DR/audit evidence.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (application, security, and business stakeholders).
- Responsive and available for planned DR drills and security exercises outside standard hours, as needed.
