Deal Closing & Conversion

- Manage the complete process after a customer shows purchase interest.

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required payments.

- Follow up with customers until agreement and transaction completion.

- Handle customer queries and objections related to the closing process.

- Support the sales team in negotiations and deal closure.

1. Documentation & Agreement

- Collect and verify required customer KYC and booking documents.

- Coordinate with developers for booking forms, allotment letters, agreements, and other documentation.

- Ensure documents are complete and submitted within timelines.

- Track agreement execution and registration status.

- Coordinate with legal teams for documentation-related issues.

1. Developer Coordination

- Maintain solid coordination with developer sales/CRM teams.

- Follow up on inventory blocking, unit allocation, payment schedules, and documentation.

- Resolve booking and documentation discrepancies.

- Ensure all developer processes and timelines are followed.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
