We are seeking an experienced CLM Consultant with a strong background in designing, configuring, and implementing Contract Lifecycle Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in CLM Tools like Conga, Agiloft, Ironclad, Icertis, ContractPodAi. and a deep understanding of CLM processes, workflows, automations, and integrations.

Required Expertise:

- Extensive experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant expertise.
- Hands-on proficiency in CLM platform like Conga, Agiloft, Ironclad, Icertis, ContractPodAi, including configuration, customization,



and solution implementation.
- Proven ability to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions for complex CLM projects.
- Strong experience in: Contract processes and administrative activities, Access management and permission models, Workflow design, Approvals, automation, rules, and actions, Document template design and template configuration, Clause library setup and management, Obligation and risk management setups
- Experience of integrating CLM with: CRM platforms, E-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign), ERP and other enterprise applications
- Good to have knowledge of Java and Oracle.
