Key Responsibilities

- Own and define the Azure architecture for automated infrastructure provisioning and cloud build automation.

- Design scalable and secure Azure solutions using a ServiceNow-led control and orchestration model.

- Define approved cloud build patterns, Azure SKUs, landing zone integration, and infrastructure standards.

- Establish Terraform standards, Azure DevOps architecture, automation frameworks, and cloud governance guardrails.

- Translate security, compliance, resiliency, tagging, cost optimization, and data residency requirements into automated controls.

- Design integrations between ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Azure Policy, CMDB, rules engines, and APIs.

- Implement and govern Azure networking, RBAC, Key Vault, Azure Policy, and related cloud security controls.

- Ensure infrastructure automation follows best practices for scalability, security, compliance, and cost optimization.

- Review solution designs and collaborate with cloud, security, finance,



infrastructure, and platform teams.

Drive architecture quality assurance and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure or Cloud Engineering.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions.

- Solid experience in cloud automation, infrastructure provisioning, governance, and security.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification is preferred.
