We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organized Clinic Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to manage the front desk and coordinate smoothly with patients, caregivers, and physiotherapists.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a patient-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the clinic reception, incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient communication.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments and maintain the daily patient schedule.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure smooth patient flow and timely sessions.
- Maintain basic patient records and appointment/payment information.
- Collect payments and follow up with patients regarding pending payments when required.
- Provide basic assistance to patients with mobility needs, including wheelchair assistance, whenever required.




- Assist physiotherapists with routine clinic-related tasks whenever needed to ensure smooth treatment sessions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and patient-friendly clinic setting.

Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Pleasant, polite, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with senior citizens, patients, and caregivers.
- Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
- Previous experience in reception, front desk, patient coordination, healthcare, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
