Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Clinic In charge to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, administrative, and team-management skills, along with a patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Supervise and coordinate clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, appointment management, and front-desk operations.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, service quality, and clinic hygiene.
- Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily work allocation.
- Maintain clinic records, reports, inventory, and documentation.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth clinic functioning.
- Monitor medical and non-medical inventory and ensure timely availability of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly operational reports with management.




- Support the clinic in achieving operational and business targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate degree in any relevant discipline; healthcare/medical administration background preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, healthcare, or medical center operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Candidates with experience in clinic administration or healthcare operations will be preferred.
