Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Manager, you’ll be the key link between clients and our internal teams. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and help grow business through exceptional service and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication.




- Understand client needs and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of creative and marketing projects.
- Coordinate with creative, design, and strategy teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and reports for clients as required.
- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement.
- Track market trends and share insights to support brand and service development.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 2–7 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in advertising, branding, or healthcare communication).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
