Job Title: Client Servicing Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Type: Paid Internship – ₹10,000 per month

Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Mode: Work from Office – Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Industry: Advertising / Media / Digital

Education : Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Mass Media, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Servicing Intern to support our Account Management team in managing client accounts, coordinating campaigns, and working closely with creative, digital, social media, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

· To understand and evolve the Advertising Brief from the Client.

· To debrief the designing team about the project and discuss deliverables.

· Assist in managing day-to-day client communication and relationships.

· Understand client briefs, requirements, brand objectives, and expectations.

· Coordinate with creative, design, content, strategy, and digital teams for project execution.

· Prepare briefs, presentations, timelines, status reports, and project trackers.

· Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

· Participate in client calls and internal meetings.

· Manage multiple projects and ensure smooth execution from brief to delivery.

Skill Sets

· Excellent communication skills verbal & written both.





· Highly intuitive in sensing clients’ needs and wants.

· Creative ability to imagine designs and concepts.

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure and perform well.

· Good presentation skills both in development and delivery.

· Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel & Word is a must.

· Strong servicing mindset that is responsive and proactive.

· Creative thinking ability with strong attention to detail.

· Understanding of film & video production process (animation & shoot based) will be an added benefit.
