Role Description The Client Servicing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The role involves managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal creative and planning teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, supporting campaign planning and execution, handling feedback, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles.

The Client Servicing

Executive will track deliverables,



follow up on approvals, and contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to enhance services and client satisfaction. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent documentation of client interactions and project status.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage expectations, build trust, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to respond promptly to queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to coordinate projects, track deliverables, and support account growth.
- Candidates should possess confident Presentations skills to prepare, structure, and deliver proposals, reports, and campaign reviews.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, with prior experience in agency or brand consulting environments preferred.
- Additional beneficial skills include strong verbal and written communication, time management, proficiency with MS Office or equivalent tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and strategy teams.
