We're Hiring: Client Servicing Executive

We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can build strong client relationships and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand clients.
- Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Understand client objectives and deliver effective campaign solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance and share reports with clients.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication.

Requirements

- 6 Months - 2 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management within an Influencer Marketing,



Digital Marketing, or Advertising agency.
- English fluency: Excellent written and verbal English communication is mandatory, given the client-facing nature of the role.
- Relevant digital exposure: Candidates with experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, social media management, and Meta Business Suite will be preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients.
- Good understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
