Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive at Bestow in Vadodara. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, making presentations, customer service, and account management.

Working Shift: Adaptable

Shift 1: Morning Shift (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Shift 2: Hybrid Shift

3:00 PM to 7:00 PM – In Office

9:00 PM to 1:00 AM – Work from Home

Requirements:

Candidate must carry their own laptop.

Company will provide a SIM card with recharge; candidates must use their personal mobile device.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee and manage multiple client accounts,



ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring excellent customer engagement and performance.
- Develop strategies for client growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle client escalations and conflict resolution effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to optimize client experience.
- Monitor and analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to improve service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to clients and leadership.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
