Hiring: Client Servicing Executive (Ahmedabad)

We're looking for an on-ground resource based in Ahmedabad to work closely with one of our clients.

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000–30,000/month

Role & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate between the client and our internal team on a day-to-day basis.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Visit client stores regularly for meetings, content shoots and coordination.
- Shoot social media content and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage using a smartphone.
- Edit reels and short-form content for social media.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, timelines and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Based in Ahmedabad.




- Fluent in Gujarati, with robust familiarity with rural Gujarati dialects and the ability to communicate confidently across urban and rural audiences.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable travelling to stores and managing on-ground activities independently.
- Basic mobile videography and reel editing skills.
- Prior experience in client servicing, content creation or social media is preferred.
