We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive / Manager who can independently manage social media accounts, understand client objectives, develop actionable content briefs, and coordinate with internal creative and content teams to deliver high-quality work.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, client servicing, and digital trends, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deliverables, and timelines simultaneously.

What You'll Do Social Media Account Management

- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for their social media requirements.
- Understand client objectives, brand positioning, target audience, and social media goals.
- Take ownership of assigned social media accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them updated on ongoing work.

Content Planning & Strategy

- Develop and manage monthly/weekly social media content calendars in coordination with the creative and content teams.
- Understand client briefs and translate requirements into clear, actionable content briefs.
- Contribute ideas for Reels, static posts, carousels, stories, and other social media formats .

- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, platform updates, and relevant cultural moments.
- Identify relevant content opportunities and proactively suggest ideas to clients.

- Ensure content recommendations are aligned with the client's brand identity and communication objectives.

Creative & Content Coordination

- Coordinate closely with

designers, copywriters, video editors, strategists, and other internal teams for content execution.

- Ensure creatives and content are developed as per approved briefs, timelines, and brand guidelines.





- Review deliverables before sharing them with clients to ensure accuracy and alignment with the brief.
- Manage client feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Ensure timely sharing of content calendars, creatives, copies, and other social media deliverables.

- Maintain clear communication between the client and internal teams throughout the content development process.

Client Communication & Servicing

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

- Understand client expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout the working relationship.
- Present content calendars, creative concepts, and social media ideas to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Manage client feedback and expectations effectively.

- Proactively communicate task status, dependencies, blockers, and potential delays.
- Address client requirements in a timely and qualified manner.
- Identify opportunities to add value to existing accounts and strengthen client relationships.

Project & Workflow Coordination

- Manage multiple client accounts, tasks, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Coordinate internal teams and ensure tasks are followed up and completed within agreed timelines.

- Maintain proper trackers, content calendars, briefs, and account-related documentation.
- Ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated to the relevant internal teams.
- Follow up proactively on pending tasks and approvals.

- Ensure smooth workflow between clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Social Media Management, Account Management, or a similar role.

- Prior experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients .





- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms.
- Good understanding of social media content formats, trends, and platform best practices.

- Robust client communication and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to understand client briefs and convert them into actionable tasks for creative and content teams.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and project-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned accounts.
- Good presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
