Role

As a Client Servicing & Account Management Intern, you'll work directly with our Key Accounts Lead across some of the country's leading consumer brands. You'll learn the full arc of how a client relationship actually runs: coordination, delivery, and the operating discipline behind both.

- Client coordination & relationship support

- Support day-to-day communication across accounts - following through on requests, feedback, and approvals so clients always feel ahead of the process, not chasing it.
- Prep for and help run regular check-ins: agendas, notes, and clear next steps that actually get tracked.
- Sit in on client conversations to understand how goals, timelines, and expectations get managed live and start owning the simpler ones yourself.

2. Delivery & project coordination
- Brief creative teams (editors, designers) on what a deliverable needs, track it through revisions, and learn to judge when something isn't ready to go out.
- Keep every live project moving across timelines, feedback loops, and dependencies, so nothing stalls without someone noticing.
- Flag risks early enough that they're a heads-up, not a fire.

3. Process management
- Help maintain the CRM and internal trackers so the team always has a clear, current view of account health and status.
- Support the creation of playbooks, templates, and client-ready resources (decks, guides, one-pagers).




- Compile account snapshots and status summaries ahead of key conversations.

4. Exposure to the full motion
- Get pulled into adjacent parts of the account lifecycle as they come up, a proposal, a pitch deck, a piece of client feedback that needs translating into next steps, so you start to see how servicing, delivery, and growth connect.

- Structured and organized - you can hold multiple threads, priorities, and people accountable without being asked twice.
- A strong communicator - clear in writing, composed on calls, and not intimidated by talking to people more senior than you.
- Curious about AI, marketing, and how brands actually get built - you want the "why," not just the task.
- Comfortable with ambiguity - you'd rather figure it out and ask a sharp question than wait to be told exactly what to do.

Requirements

- Fresher or intern (0–1 years experience); any background, though marketing, business, or communications is a plus.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and project-tracking tools (ClickUp or similar), or a quick learner on new tools.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Based in Mumbai (this is a WFO role)
