Established in 1995, Gupta Ji Marriage Bureau is one of North India's established matchmaking institutions.

We work with families across India and internationally, providing personalised, relationship-led matchmaking services.

We are looking for a confident, polished and sales-oriented Front Desk & Client Relationship Executive to be an important first point of contact for our clients and families.

What You'll Do

This is more than a receptionist role. You will handle:

- Front desk and visitor management
- Incoming calls, enquiries and WhatsApp communication
- Client and family requirement understanding
- Lead follow-ups and relationship management
- Explaining our services and membership process
- Handling basic questions and objections
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintaining leads and follow-ups using Excel/Google Sheets
- Supporting the management team with client communication
- Working towards monthly membership-conversion targets

Who We're Looking For We want someone who is:

- Excellent at communication and building rapport
- Comfortable speaking with parents, families and senior clients
- Confident with calls, follow-ups and sales conversations
- Persuasive, but never pushy
- Well-presented,



professional and mature
- Organised and disciplined with follow-ups
- Comfortable using MS Office, Excel/Google Sheets, Email and WhatsApp
- A fast learner with a robust interest in relationship-based sales
- Comfortable working with targets and incentives

Preferred Background Experience in any of these areas is especially relevant:

Education / Admission Counselling | Hospitality / Guest Relations | Jewellery / Luxury Retail | Healthcare / Wellness | Real Estate | Inside Sales | Client Relationship / Business Development

Previous matchmaking experience is not required.

We will train you in our business, process and membership system.

What matters most is your communication, relationship-building ability, sales instinct and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Shakti Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
