Client Relations & Business Development Manager
We need someone who is smart, confident, well-spoken and extremely organised, and can gradually take ownership of most of our client communication and coordination.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Understand client requirements, send packages and regularly follow up on leads.
- Manage communication with existing clients and coordinate with their wedding planners for schedules and requirements.
- Coordinate between clients and our editing team for feedback, changes and final deliveries.
- Maintain and follow up on client delivery timelines.
- Develop relationships with wedding planners and reach out to potential partners to generate recent business.
- Assist with flight and hotel bookings for work travel.
Ideal profile: Preferably someone with 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, luxury hospitality, weddings/events, sales or business development. Excellent communication and people skills are very important.
Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000/month + incentives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
