Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and communication-focused Client Relationship Executive / Associate to manage client communication, therapy coordination support, follow-ups, and relationship management. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, coordination ability, and skilled communication with clients, therapists, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage communication with clients, parents, and internal teams
- Coordinate appointments, therapy schedules, and follow-ups
- Maintain proper client updates and communication records
- Handle client queries and provide timely support
- Ensure smooth coordination between therapists and families
- Follow up regarding assessments, sessions, payments, and scheduling updates
- Support operational workflow and coordination activities
- Maintain professionalism and communication standards during client interactions
- Assist in resolving client concerns and escalating issues when required
- Prepare and update reports or coordination trackers when needed

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Client Relationship Executive (CRE),



Customer Support Executive, Client Coordinator, or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English communication preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordination activities
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Responsible, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, therapy coordination, customer support, or client management
- Ability to manage communication professionally under pressure
- Good coordination and problem-solving ability
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills

Shift & Work Details
- Shift-based role
- Remote / Work from Home flexibility based on operational requirements
- Shift timings may vary depending on organizational needs

Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 per month
