Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to act as the first point of contact for our prospective clients. In this role, you will be the engine that drives our client acquisition and onboarding process. You will be responsible for sourcing leads, making initial contact, setting up high-value meetings for our senior team, and ensuring a seamless transition through the payment follow-up phase.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate a strong pipeline of potential clients through strategic research and outreach.

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Dynovista Solution’s services and gauge their interest.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings and pitches between qualified leads and our senior management team.

Payment Follow-ups: Actively follow up with clients post-meeting to assist with the onboarding process,



including tracking and securing pending payments to ensure a smooth start to the client relationship.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

Targets & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Meeting Target: Successfully schedule a minimum of 20 qualified meetings per month with senior team members.

Maintain a high conversion rate from initial call to scheduled meeting.

Ensure timely follow-ups on all payment and onboarding milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

Freshers can apply with good communication skill.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.

Solid persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections gracefully.

Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
