About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our event management team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client communication, understanding event requirements, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring a smooth client experience from enquiry to event completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand client requirements, event expectations and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the event planning, decoration, production and operations teams.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals and event details with clients.
- Keep clients updated regarding event planning, schedules and progress.




- Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and client communications.
- Attend client meetings and, when required, visit event venues.
- Support the team during events to ensure client requirements are properly managed.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients before, during and after events.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- client relationship, customer service, sales, hospitality, event management or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Presentable, confident and professional personality.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events when required.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
