The Client Engagement Intern will work closely with the client relations and business development team to build strong, long-term client relationships. The intern will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, ensuring satisfaction of existing clients, and supporting strategies that drive retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to new and existing clients via calls, emails, and messages
- Build strong rapport with clients and understand their needs and expectations
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through the companys products or services
- Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any queries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Support the team in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports
- Track engagement metrics and share regular feedback and insights with the team
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets

Eligibility & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field
- MBA students / freshers seeking hands-on industry exposure are strongly encouraged to apply




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Qualified, empathetic, and client-focused attitude
- Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and work under targets
- Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: 5,000 - 8,000 per month
