Role Summary

We are seeking an articulate, highly persuasive, and phone-confident Client Booking & Sales Executive to drive sales conversion and deliver exceptional client service. In this role, high-volume outbound and inbound calling, paired with excellent English communication skills, will be your primary mechanism to engage potential clients, explain premium service offerings, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Focus Area: Excellent spoken/written English and strong phone-calling confidence are paramount for success in this sales-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Phone Sales & Direct Client Engagement

- Active Phone Calling: Proactively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to engage leads,

deliver sales presentations, and convert prospects.
- Consultative Pitching: Build immediate trust and rapport over the phone, understand specific client

requirements, and recommend tailored luxury home care packages.
- Target Achievement: Persistently follow up on warm leads, inquiries, and pending quotes to achieve

monthly sales and booking targets.

Communication & Booking Management

Maintain rapid, articulate, and highly professional communication across phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Prepare accurate service estimates, quotations, and service agreements during phone or virtual consultations.

Address client grievances, objections, and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and effective negotiation.

Manage the complete client journey from initial inquiry to booking confirmation and post-service feedback collection.

- Operations Coordination & Business Development

Coordinate closely with the technical and operations teams to schedule and execute service bookings accurately.

Conduct virtual consultations or occasional physical home visits for high-value projects when required.

Conduct targeted phone outreach to potential B2B partners (interior designers, design studios, and luxury furniture stores).

Maintain meticulously updated logs of client interactions, estimates, call outcomes, and revenue metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Spoken & Written English: Exceptional command over English communication with a confident, clear,

and persuasive phone voice.
- Professional Experience: 2–5 years in sales, tele-sales, customer success, or client servicing

(experience in Voice Process / Tele-sales is strongly preferred).
- Calling Enthusiasm: Strong affinity for direct phone calling, active listening, and building client

relationships remotely.
- Sales Track Record: Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate packages, close sales, and achieve

revenue goals.
- Multi-Channel Handling: Ability to seamlessly manage concurrent client discussions over phone,

WhatsApp, and email in a quick-paced workplace.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, home services, or

premium lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
