Location: Assigned School (Pune- Bhugaon, Bavdhan & Warje)
Role Summary The Class Assistant (CA) will be responsible for supporting the smooth implementation of the eVidyaloka Digital Classroom Program at the assigned school. The CA will ensure seamless online classroom operations, maintain digital infrastructure, assist students during sessions, and coordinate with the school and eVidyaloka team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be present at the assigned school during scheduled classroom hours.
2. Ensure the proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of the Digital Classroom and its equipment.
3. Facilitate online classes by connecting volunteer teachers with students as per the prescribed timetable.
4. Encourage active student participation and maintain classroom discipline during online sessions.
5. Record attendance and update the required program data on the eVidyaloka technology platform (training will be provided).
6. Support the implementation of program activities, including assessments, student recognition programs, special events, and other project-related initiatives.
7. Collect feedback from students, teachers,
and the school administration for reporting and program improvement.
8. Coordinate regularly with the school administration, students, parents, and the eVidyaloka team to ensure smooth project implementation.
9. Report any technical issues, infrastructure concerns, or operational challenges promptly.
10. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude while carrying out all assigned responsibilities.
11. Be willing to learn recent processes and adapt to program requirements as directed by the project team.
12. Share proper photographs and activity feedback in the designated official group on a regular basis, as per the reporting requirements.
Eligibility ● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
● Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate a laptop/projector.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage school-level operations.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage is preferred.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
